This was a great way to feel connected to our state government. Be sure to visit the 22nd floor for a panoramic view of the city. Also visit the 4th and 5th floors where the House and Senate meetings… Full review by sk_mcintyre

No. Not unless you walk 3-5 miles.

I believe it's open from 8;30 to 5. Free. Take elevator to get great views at top of tower.

It is a self guided tour. Lots of inforation to read and some audio. Look for on street parking (.25/hour) although during legislative session, you'll probably have better success parking at Kleman Plaza (two blocks northwest). Starting in February there is a free trolley that picks people up at City Hall (one block from capital) and takes people around points downtown, college town and mid-town.
