This place was always on top of my bucket list. The trek was somehow challenging but all the efforts were paid off when you reach there. It’s a must visit place especially for those into nature trip. Full review by Crossroads T

My family and I are planning to visit the Mount Pinatubo crater Lake most probably on the second week of March. I had been searching about the entrance fee/environmental fee, guide fee, 4x4 jeep rent and other fees but I cant´t find specific info for my questions. There are some details if the tour is to start from Tarlac, but the thing is we will be coming from Botolan. There are a lot of tour offers but are they really that necessary? Wondering if we can just pay the fees ourselves, rent guides and 4x4 jeeps somewhere in Botolan.

We just went to Mt Pinatubo last week from Tarlac. The guide, driver and 4x4 and fees were all arranged by a rep from the hotel. Before we went all the questions were answered by the hotel we overnight in before the tour. We left at 6am in the morning so it would be necessary to stay overnight before leaving. Sorry I dont have info about Botolan only from Tarlac, I would assumed the same and you can get info from the hotel. There isnt a separate place to pay the fees it is all done as part of the tour. The total package was between 2400 to 2500 depending on the number of people sharing the 4x4. Max of 5. All the fees included. You have to sign a disclaimer, have blood pressure checked if over 40yo and a medical clearance if 60 and above.

Q:
Hi there, what time does this trip return to Manila as wondering if it can be done before a night time flight?
A:
What trip? Some trips probably return on time, others don’t. I was organizing the whole thing myself and was back in Manila around 7pm.
