We traveled from Florida to Pennsylvania to go to this track and it wasn't worth the trip. The track is small, dirty and very obviously mismanaged. At a national event the ticketing system was down… Full review by tomrX2178JP

I'm almost sure they do have handicap parking as they have sections in the grandstands set aside for the disabled.
