first, depends on what kind of camera you have, if you have a decent wide angel lens, should have no problem to get whole memorial in, second, you can do is rent a boat, you can get a very nice close shot with whole memorial. Third, you can walk along the lake , maybe 100 feet away towards the roosevelt memorial, you can get a decent shot.
