MP Prajwal Revanna was arrested upon his return from Germany and remanded to police custody until June 6. Revanna faces multiple allegations of sexual abuse, including charges of rape. He arrived in Bengaluru only to be immediately taken into custody by a Special Investigation Team led by women police officers.

MP Prajwal Revanna was sent to judicial custody for 14 days by the 42nd Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Court on Monday. Prajwal Revanna, who is accused in the obscene video case, was arrested from the Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru after his return to the country.

Revanna's custody was extended until June 10 by a special court for elected representatives on June 6. Earlier, on May 31, he was remanded to the custody of a Special Investigation Team (SIT).

MP Prajwal Revanna was sent to judicial custody for 14 days till June 24. Notably, the special investigation team (SIT) formed by the Karnataka government to investigate the matter, on Monday did not seek further custody of Revanna.
