A teen girl is accused of framing two boys by convincing police they were threatening her on Instagram — when it was really her writing the threats.

Kumayl Raza was arrested and charged after Rida Rustam accused him of sending her threatening, sexual messages. Rustam later confessed to having fabricated the messages, and is facing charges herself.
