As the FBI raids the home of Oakland's Democratic mayor, Republican talking points about a “two-tiered” and “weaponized” justice system lies in tatters.

Just as the sun rose Thursday, FBI agents raided the home of Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao. There is no official word about the reason for the investigation, but sources tell the ABC7 I-Team it involves a political corruption case against the mayor and some of her supporters.

FBI agents searched Oakland, Calif., Mayor Sheng Thao's home Thursday morning. Three black and gray SUVs were seen outside the home. An agent wearing blue gloves asked reporters to stay away from the SUVs.
