Former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler is being sued for at least $25,000 by a man who says he was injured during a 2024 traffic accident for which Cutler has already pleaded guilty to DUI.

Jay Cutler is now facing a civil lawsuit stemming from his 2024 DUI traffic collision in Tennessee after the person he rear-ended took action on Tuesday. Perry Lee — the person driving the car Cutler hit — filed a lawsuit against the former Bears quarterback on Tuesday, just days after he was ordered to serve four days in jail, US Weekly reported.
