Philadelphia police have identified the suspect who has been arrested for the rape of a woman inside a bathroom at a Macy's store in Center City.

Less than a month after a teenage boy reported a recording device in a bathroom at a Virginia mall, another teenage boy said he saw two men watching him in a stall in the same bathroom.

According to police, the suspect approached the victim while he was standing at a urinal in the men’s restroom of the Macy’s men’s department store last week.
