The tech includes a high-top boot that offers heat and dynamic air-compression massage for athlete feet and ankles.

The Nike x Hyperice project has been in the works for years. The final iteration of the Hyperboot allows for the control of the heat and compression directly on the shoes. Athletes can synchronize the two shoes or run them individually, selecting between three levels of compression and heat powered by a battery pack in each shoe’s insole.

It’s teamed up with another sports product brand, Hyperice, to develop one of the most novel recovery tools on the market: a wearable compression sneaker that offers some of the same benefits as Hyperice’s famed Normatec boots while remaining highly mobile for athletes who wish to use the technology in transit.

The second release is the Nike x Hyperice vest, which uses thermoelectric coolers to deliver instant heating and cooling without the need for ice or liquid. The idea is that it helps athletes to dial their body temperatures to their exact specifications during warm-ups and cool-downs.
