The “Hannity” host put the estate on the market for $13.75 million in May, a few months after announcing his move from New York to Florida.

After just a week on the market, news anchor Sean Hannity sold his 10,600-square-foot waterfront estate. The estate, located in the town of Oyster Bay village of Centre Island, was listed for $13.75 million but sold at $12.

The host of Fox News' Hannity revealed in January of 2024 that he had made good on his long-stated wish to leave New York and move full-time to Florida, where he had purchased a luxurious $5.3 million townhouse in April 2021.
