In the menu, tap My apps & games to see a list of apps currently installed on your device. Tap All to see a list of all apps you've downloaded on any device using your Google account.
Under the "All" tab, you'll see all of the apps you have ever bought or downloaded using your current Apple or iCloud ID. You can use the search bar at the top to find a specific app, too.
Windows 8.1 has made it possible for users to show All Apps view whenever they visit the Start Screen. You can also display desktop apps first.

My only complaint with the "All Apps' view in windows 10 is that it hides many x86 applications in their parent folders. Is there any way to go back to the Windows 8 style of all applications ...
Starting with Android 12 and its third developer preview, Google will now show an auto-generated splash screen on all apps.
The apps you've downloaded are divided into two sections: "Installed" (all the apps currently installed on your phone) and "Library" (all the apps that aren't currently installed).
