Former Raiders first-round draft pick Henry Ruggs is serving a 3-to-10-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to driving drunk at 156 mph and crashing into a car killing 23-year-old Tina Tintor and her dog in November 2021.

Former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III is working at the Nevada Governor's Mansion in Carson City while serving his 3-to-10-year prison sentence, the 8 News Now Investigators have learned.

Reports earlier this year indicated Ruggs was earning $2.50 an hour working in government offices in Carson City, where the Nevada Governor’s Mansion is located. He also earns work credits that could take time off his maximum sentence of 10 years, but do not apply until he has served his minimum sentence of three years.
