Starship is the world’s largest rocket. It consists of two parts: the Super Heavy booster stage, a behemoth 71 metres tall with 33 engines, and the 50-metre Starship upper stage. On Starship’s first two test flights it failed to reach orbit;

Standing nearly 400 feet tall when stacked on top of its “Super Heavy” booster, Starship is larger than even the Saturn V rockets that carried the Apollo astronauts to the moon. The spaceship is also unique in that it uses stainless steel instead of light-weight metals like aluminum and titanium.

Starship started falling apart as it plummeted into the ocean. But Elon Musk and SpaceX still consider the flight a huge success.
