Storm Track 3 Forecast: Two systems on deck bring widespread rain
Chief Meteorologist Lisa Teachman is tracking two rainy systems, capable of widespread and much needed rain for Kansas.
After a brief break in the rain, storm three of the week brings another round of widespread rain and gusty winds starting late Thursday.
Unrelenting rain is expected to persist in the Bay Area as two back-to-back storm systems close in on the region this week, accompanied by up to 60 mph wind gusts, possible thunderstorms, landslides and flooding.
A new Pacific storm will hit San Diego County during evening rush hour Monday en route to dropping up to an inch of rain across the region, the National Weather Service said.
