Sean "Diddy" Combs' lawyers have filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit that accused him of sexual assault of a teenager. The motion comes five months after the 54-year-old, former Bad Boy Entertainment president Harve Pierre and another individual termed "Third Assailant" were sued by a woman identified as Jane Doe in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is asking a judge to dismiss a lawsuit alleging that he and two other men raped a 17-year-old girl in a New York recording studio in 2003.

Although the lawsuit was settled a day later, Combs was accused of sexual assault in a second lawsuit by a woman named Joi Dickerson-Neal shortly after. He was accused of drugging and raping her when she was a college student at Syracuse University in 1991.

Taking to his Instagram, 50 Cent has posted a photo of Sean Diddy Combs and Christian King Combs in response to King's alleged jibe.
