Convection Oven, gas, single-deck, bakery depth, solid state controls, electronic spark igniter, 60 minute timer, 23-3/4H legs with foot, stainless steel front, top & sides, stainless steel door with window, 50,000 BTU, NSF, CSA Star, CSA Flame, ENERGY STAR ( Vulcan - VC6GD ) - The Vulcan VC6GD convection oven is deeper than standard ovens at 261/8 inches deep, featuring 11 rack positions and five included racks to hold baking product. Before baking, employees can set the 60-minute countdown timer to keep track of the cook time, then select a temperature from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The internal fan has low- and high-speed settings for delicate and dense product types. At the end of the day, employees can open the oven doors and switch the unit to cooldown mode, which rapidly ventilates excess heat.The racks and rack guide can be removed for cleaning, and because the interior is enameled with porcelain, wiping out food particles is painless. This Vulcan VC6GD gas convection oven is constructed of stainless steel for the front, top, doors, and sides, so it resists dents and warps.
