A 29-year-old man has been arrested and charged over a series of allegedly linked shootings across Perth, targeting tobacco stores. Police allege that around 4.10am on August 10, the man and another person in a black Holden Barina fired shots at commercial premises on Cecil Avenue before fleeing. A parked vehicle and the building were damaged, but a 27-year-old security guard inside was not injured.
