The New York Giants squandered yet another fourth-quarter lead, falling to the Green Bay Packers, 27-20, at windy MetLife Stadium.
The New York Giants on Monday waived edge defender Tomon Fox, the fourth time Fox has been waived by the team this season. Each time Fox has been waived, beginning when cuts were made from 90 players to 53 at the end of the presseason, he has been re-signed to the practice squad. It seems likely that will happen this time, as well.
The Green Bay Packers improved their playoff standing with a win over the New York Giants, but only slightly. Meanwhile, the Lions are currently out.
