CINCINNATI – The NFL has suspended Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase for spitting on Pittsburgh Steelers safety Jalen Ramsey, an infraction Chase said he didn’t commit.

Ja’Marr Chase’s appeal of his one-game suspension was denied. Appeals officer Jordy Nelson upheld the Cincinnati Bengals star wide receiver’s suspension on Tuesday night. Chase will miss Sunday’s game against the New England Patriots.
